Post My Parcel is Not Moving

I have been tracking my parcel but it seems to have not moved for almost 2 weeks now. It is stuck at 湖北Wuhan shipping center customs scan.

Kindly update on what is happening because I see no reason why it is stuck there.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RW202483448CN shows the parcel just arrived Beijing airport. You need wait another 2 to 8 weeks to get it in Zambia.

Thank you for that feedback.

I am however concerned about the lack of specific expected scheduling because 2-8 weeks for a parcel coming by air worrying.

I say so because I have reviewed previous experiences on your forum and there such parcels just go missing.
Kindly advise
1. On specific expected date of arrival in Zambia
2. Assurance that the parcel won't go missing

i can only tell you that your parcel is still in normal time frame and so far has no evidence to be lost. but you can not know exact location at this moment. Just wait some more time and it should arrive.

It's my first time to buy online later on use China Post. I need to prove this is not only real but efficient so that I can order more products.

Frankly speaking, shipping time from China to Zambia will often take 2 months because it will transit though Hong Kong, Dubai and then South Africa airports and thus very slow.

So you should not have very high expectation. If time is important to you, you'd better do shopping locally.

I'll sure shop locally or other more efficient online sights in future thanks for your advise. However, I would appreciate receiving my parcel within your slow pace and I just pray you don't lose it in transit.
