I ordered my parcel at 6.Oct. (to Germany)
But mein has been stuck in one place since 7th.
I think my parcel is lost.
Is this normal??
How can I know what happned to my parcel?

After an item leaves China, there is usually a long period of no updates until it arrives in the destination country. Its status can't be updated until it reaches the destination country and the receiving postal service scans it. More info here: http://track-chinapost.com/?p=669

How long this time is depends on what kind of service was used to ship the item. If you're ok with posting your tracking number, someone might be able to give you more specific help.
