But, yesterday I asked the Indonesia Post where my package is. They informed me that the package is still in China. And so I couldn't found any data on indonesia customs tracking system (where every package that coming through indonesia customs can be tracked realtime)

@eriqadams , epacket is slow shipping my friend . just wait
when it says "Departure from outward OE " that doesn't mean its coming . you just need to forget about it .
when it comes to jakarta, indonesian post will let you know.

you chose ePacket, now you wait for it.

you have got a tracking , its a legitimate shipment , just take a deep breath , relax .

Thanks bro, I never used epacket before, I thought epacket much faster than china post registered airmail, but in fact it's not. China post registered airmail more better and faster than epacket lol. In september I have ordered using registered airmail and I got my package in 14-20 days.

@eriqadams china post registered airmail also can be slow for some countries.
if you want something very fast , you can use express shipping.
epacket can be fast for some countries or for some products(usually lightweight products , it depends )

Hmm, I know why epacket is more slower than registered airmail. It's because the epacket service is in trial run to Indonesia (starting from July 2018) :( .

@eriqadams not just indonesia. i have shipped epacket to many countries, sometimes its fast , sometimes its slow.in case its slow , you should not panic , you should just wait.
(source: i run an ecommerce store)

Oh I see, But I'm curious, could you explain why in my tracking status show "Departure from Outward OE" many times (6 times) ? Thanks

@eriqadams that's what tracking is , they are letting you know where the item is going.
its still in china and it is moving around multiple places before being shipped.
chinapost has many centers.
so , maybe it will keep moving before being shipped.
Also , OE stands for office of exchange.
maybe , the item is moving around the building and they keep scanning it and it is showing in the tracking.
its just standard operating procedure.
so far its good .
as i said, just wait .
