I have an order tracking number
UX259922858VN it was being tracked
and had information about it but now I track
and it says there is no package with that
tracking number.

UX259922858VN is not china post tracking number. It seems to be Vietnam Post tracking number. Are you shipping sth from Vietnam to China?

Oh ok. I was told to track through China post and at first a status on it was actually showing up. I will try to find it through Vietnam. Thank you.
