Post My package hasnt moved in 9 days!

Is my package stuck? It was last scanned on Jan.23rd. It hasn't moved since!! What is the problem? Should I open a case for a refund? Why is it sitting in one place for so long? Please help.

you should post your tracking number in order to get help. In most of the time, 9 days without moving is quite normal. However, it really depends on different case.

I checked again today, and it still says....last scanned on the 23rd. What is the problem??

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel just arrived New York today. you will get it in one week.
