I have ordered the package for like a month now and it is still in China??

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LE033284509CN left Guangzhou, China for Germany on Aug 19.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Germany Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(your parcel seems to be delayed in some place outside China) until Germany Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Germany Post website will show its new status with Australia location.
