My package has been stuck on "Despatch from Sorting Center" for a week now. It has almost been 3 weeks since the seller has shipped it out. Should I be concerned? I really want my package because I need it in a certain time frame.

My tracking number is LW927953243CN.
Any updates or advice helps. Thanks!
