I need to know where is my package RU857206471CN?
last update was since 21.06.2018 shows that it did not leave china yet!!!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RU857206471CN shows the number was sent to airline on Jun 22.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean it is on the flight to your country. It will keep waiting another 2 to 6 weeks in airline warehouse waiting for processing and flight space.

So you need wait about 2 to 6 weeks to get it in Egypt.

you mean that the max. airline process time is 6 weeks after they receive the package... so the max. arrival date is 03. Aug. 2018... Is that right?

we can not guarantee you will get it before Aug 3. However, based on our statistic, you have over 80% chance to get it before Aug 3.

Now we are Aug 4 and the package did not leave China... What can we do now?
Is that mean the package is lost? Can we communicate with the airline to know what is happen?

unfortunately you can do nothing but waiting. if your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for non-arrival parcel refund.
