Post My mail has been sent back!!!

I ordered something 2 months ago. It arrived in local post office in 03/29. I was waiting them to bring it to my house. I didn't go to post office to take it. But 10 days later which is April 9th, post office sent it back to China. I didn't have any clue about that. I learnt this today. So what do I do now? Any help? :(
Edit : Tracking Number is RY908240196CN

RY908240196CN was returned from Turkey to China by Turkey Post. not sure the return reason, but you can not get it anymore.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute for refund.
