1. Hope you know that if the parcel was sent by Sea it can take up to 6 months before it arrive in your country. I don't think it will take that long but just keep tracking your parcel.

2. If by any chances they took an Aircraft then the China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time for Pakistan can be found here:

Today i receive one parcel CP323763415CN. But no trackimg update for second parcel

These both parcels are surface parcel. Amd before i get these in 30 days and same like this time one parcel os right on 30 days. And other is still in Beijing.

1. Then there is only one thing to do next. Have your friend call China Post Hot Line: 11185, to find out where is the parcel and what is going on with it.

My friend call china post help line. They said we don't know where is the second parcel but we just think that is on the way to Pakistan. It is not a satisfactory answer. What i have to do now kindly please help me .
I am very thankful to you.
Is there any online complain center to gernal post master that understood english?
