Is there another way where I can pay for a postage fee for chinapost to send the parcel to the receiver?

I desperately need a solution and nobody seem to be giving me a good solution for my parcel to be delivered there.

You can not pay postage and ask china post to redeliver the parcel. You must ask receiver to pickup the parcel asap.

If receiver does not go to the post office to pickup the parcel, it will be returned or discarded as per china post's option.
