We posted parcel RU818922585GB to this address-
China 100029
Beijing / 北京, Beijing, 北三环中路27号商房大厦4层西南证券大厅, 4th Floor, Shangfang Building, Number 27，Beisanhuan zhong Road, Xicheng District
SOUTHWEST SECURITIES西南证券
On 11th January.
The Royal Mail website says it is in Beijing-

The China Post website says it is in Guangzhou-
http://track.track-chinapost.com/china-post

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RU818922585GB shows the parcel was delivered by China Post office in Guangzhou 白云区机场路.

But Your destination is Beijing. It is very strange why your parcel was delivered in a wrong city. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to find delivery detail.

Hello, thank you for your help.
The recipient has contacted China Post but they can only tell him that the parcel was signed for by Wu Tingjin on 29th January 2017. If my customer contacts the Guangzhou Airport Road Branch Office, will my customer be able to request them to redeliver the parcel to the correct address. Also will my customer be able to claim any compensation for the missing parcel?

Hello,
Please can you tell me why the parcel was delivered to the incorrect address? The receiver called the hotline and was given the delivery detail in Guangzhou, their address is in Beijing.
