Hi,

My package has not moved since 16th, and today is the 20th March. Tracking is LX798349857CN, the current status is广州市, 离开广州市 发往下一目的地/Despatch from Sorting Center GuangDongShengGuangZhouShi 51000061 .

Not sure about what is going on, someone please help. Is this EMS or ePacket? It is from china to the UK.

ePacket from china to UK might take 10 to 20 days, you need some patient. no need worry anything at this moment.
