Hello. A few weeks a ago I posted a forum where I am asking where is package. Apparently, there is an update and It has arrived to Mexico someday last week. Any guessing about when is my package finally coming to my home? What company is in charge of carrying it? Are there customs to pay now that is now i Mexico?

Correos de Mexico is responsible for delivery of parcels from China. You can track the parcel in Correos de Mexico website or call them for delivery detail.

Are you sure my package is now in Mexico?
Correos de Mexico hasnt any news about it. Can you suggest me any other to communicate?

It's possible that Correos de Mexico may not scan your parcel until after it clears Customs. Not sure how long it takes on average; I've seen some parcels clear in 1 week, others took 3 months. :(

China Post database shows it arrived Mexico on Jan 16. If Correos de Mexico can not find it, it is strange. I might be lost in customs.

Thank you shadowspar. Strange things happen in Mexico customs. Sometimes parcels get lost, opened, or even stolen by these peolple. Correos de Medico has a lot of failures but they never took your parcels. Im afraid it could be robbed. Because if you enter the guide number to Correos tracking webpage, youll find just one line which says that is on China.
