This shipment shows three different carriers, with some having it still in China and others having it departed to the U.S. None have had any activity since January 19. What is going on?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW078702165CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Suzhou office to US on Jan 19.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Suzhou ,China or customs warehouse in JFK,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If you buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. otherwise keep waiting.
