LP00107491769880 is Yanwen parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. It might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach USA. No further update in tracking result after parcel left Yanwen warehouse in China.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
