Post Lost package/Tracking number doesnt show results

Hello everyone,
I have ordered machine (meat grinder, to be specific) from eBay. In shipping data it says: "Shipping data received", followed by TRACKING NUMBER: UE689607507CN and it states that CARRIER is CHINA POST.
I have tried to track my order, but it gives absolutely no results. Shipment was suppose to arrive to Spain-Madrid on the 7th of August the latest. Can you please help me with this issue, I have no idea where or how to continue.

"Shipping data received" means your seller applied a tracking number from china post but never actually shipped anything yet.
You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
