CW831443368US this Is the tracking number .on the US postal service tracking website it shows that the package has arrived and departed shanghai pudong but on the china post website there is no tracking . I called the hotline 11185 and they don’t have any tracking past Chicago which is not correct because the package has already gone through Shanghai. What can I do in order to find the package ??please help!! Thanks

China Post system has no record of this parcel CW831443368US . it seems to be lost in China customs.

I suggest you file investigation with USPS and try to claim lost parcel insurance.

Is there no way to contact customs about a lost package ?

You need contact USPS to file an investigation. USPS then will contact China Post and China customs to search the parcel.
