Trying to see if it was lost or stuck at US customs since I only have a limited of time before I can ask for refund.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows your epacket parcel was shipped on Jun 15. ePacket shipping time to USA might take 2 to 4 weeks. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend the protection. If seller does not response, you need open dispute.
