Post Lost Package Sent In April

Hello,

I sell artwork on Etsy and shipped a package to Beijing on April 20th. Buyer has still not received package. USPS tracking number is UA655937393US. Tracking says the package has arrived in China but I'm not sure what happened after that. Can you please assist me?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UA655937393US shows it arrived Beijing on April 27. Normally it should be delivered in 2 weeks after arriving Beijing. It might have delivery problem.

I suggest you call china post hotline 11185 and let them help you to find the parcel. If they can not find the parcel, it should be lost.
