Post Lost package in Nanjing (China)

I got a package sent from Spain to Nanjing (China) on November 3rd
Tracking number is CP446988445ES
The last record on EMS and Spanish post service websites is that it arrived to Beijing on November 16th (where it shows customs cleared). It's been almost one month so i contacted with both EMS and China Post many times, they checked on their systems and it shows that i had arrived to Nanjing on November 19th. But i still haven't recevied it.
I've already called and visit the post offices, the Nanjing customs office and the EMS logistic center where it supposedly arrived on November 19th, but still no sign of the package. It is a huge package (25kg) so its impossible that it has been missplaced.
It is a huge inconvenient because there were valuables inside that i need urgently.
How can i apply to a compensation? Do you have any information that could help me?

1. Your compensation will have to be done by Sociedad Estatal "Correos y Telégrafos" S.A., Espagne not China Post.

2. If the parcel went from Beijing to Nanjing according to all tracking I have done their is no arrival in Nanjing. So basically the parcel is in between Beijing and Nanjing and possibly still in transit. Because you said yourself Nanjing does not have your parcel.

3. It might also be lost or misplace.
