Hello,

I am from Switzerland and it is a hard thing for my post to do something quickly.

He told me 2 months just to know the situation: /
And my customers is not happy.

A package from one of my clients is blocking for some unknown reason.

Please can you do something.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived destination on Jan 16 but failed delivery. then it is going shanghai and on the way to oversea(should be returning to Switzerland).
