http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO213201063CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Israel on Sep 28.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Israel Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Beijing ,China or customs warehouse in Israel). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Recently shipping time to Israel is slow. Such no-information stage might last 15 to 30 days(your parcel seems to be delayed in some place outside China) until Israel Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Israel Post website will show its new status with Israel location.
