My pack is stuck since 25th of December , can i know precisely where it is please?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM325979771CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Jinhua office to Italy on Dec 26.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Jinhua ,China or customs warehouse in Italy). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Italy Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Italy Post website will show its new status with Italy location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

The Lara check says “return deliberare” is my pack going thru or is stuck? Just tell everything is going well, please

Italy Post website shows parcel arrived Centro Scambi Internazionale on Jan 11, In lavorazione presso il Centro Scambi Internazionale.

you can call Italy post for delivery detail.
