my parcel is stuck at Guangzhou Swap Bureau.
I wonder how long it's going to take until the parcel is shipped
Out to Europe/Germany.
Can you give me some information please?
The package is a gaming console with two joypads. From
The retrosys.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LF656194065CN shows the parcel is still in Guangzhou. It should be seriously delayed. wait one or two more weeks, it should have new status.

can you please find out what's going on? The information on the track17 app says "alarm". Package has been sent back?

YES. LF656194065CN was returned by Guangzhou Airport. not sure return reason. Is there any battery inside your item? If yes, this is not allowed because battery will cause fire in airplain.

As far as I know there aren't any batteries inside. It's a video game console with two joypads and a power adapter (plug).

Can this package be sent out again?

It seems China Post sent it to export customs on Apr 18 again. Not sure if it will be rejected again. You can keep tracking the parcel in the coming week.

Hey there!!

There hasn't been any progress for six days now. The infobox in the track17 app said "alarm". In meantime it changed to "in transfer" but to whom? Does it go back to sender or finally to Europe?

I already informed the sender about the possibility of the package getting lost in transfer two weeks ago. In that case I even won't get refund.
Could you please check again and give me an update?
I'd really appreciate it.

LF656194065CN seems to be sent to airline from WZDM warehouse on April 20. normally this means the parcel will arrive Germany in 2 to 4 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
