Post Item Still In Customs?

Hi
My tracking number is LM281530770CN
It arrived in Canada 20 Feb 25 2017 and says in customs. It is an E-Packet and I have always received E-Packets in about 3 weeks to Canada. Usually clears customs in 1 or 2 days.. This one has been in customs for 31 days,
Do I consider it lost in customs or is there hope

You may call canada post and inquiry what happened in Richmond,BC. If they can not give you proper answer, normally it means the parcel was lost.

Hi my tracking number is RG321308532CN my parcel says arrive in Johanessburg transit station South Africa, will I be able to still track my package On china post tracking now that it is in South Africa? how long will it take to get to my home from now? is my parcel in South Africa?

the parcel is in South Africa Post system. You'd better contact South Africa post and inquiry delivery detail. China Post does not control the parcel anymore.
