Hi!

I ordered an item from Ebay and it says from the tracking that it was delivered but I didn't receive it. Also, the shipping tracking information (LT868594321CN) says it went to Miami, FL but the address registered is in Washington DC. May I know the next actions for this? Thanks!

usps.com shows LT868594321CN was delivered to an individual at the address at 4:25 pm on July 15, 2019 in MIAMI, FL 33166.

If your order address is not Miami, that means your seller shipped the parcel to wrong address. You should open dispute to ebay for refund.
