i had an order since 1 month now from ioffer and the system shows ( This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet. Please check back later., unknown ) is it fake tracking number ?

RH982990025CN track number the seller gave me

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RH982990025CN shows the number is invalid. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you MUST be scammed.

you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

Unfortunately ioffer doesn't have a dispute mechanism of their own. You need to contact your payment provider (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, whatever company you used to pay) and open a dispute with them.

How to open dispute and claim refund for fake tracking number and unreceived parcel?
