Dear Sir,
I have purchased an item from internet and the firm sent it to me via your postal service. When I check my order status on your web page, I see that it has been delivered though I haven't received it.
Can you please help me to find where my package is. If it has been delivered, who has taken it?
My tracking number is: LL621665342CN

Turkey Post website (PTT) shows LL621665342CN is in BOSTANCI CADDEBOSTAN ŞUBE ŞEFLİĞİ İSTANBUL(AND)-KADIKÖY, you need pickup the parcel from the Post Office.
