Post is this the correct track ID?

I need help to confirm my shipping track ID. I was given this information for tracking:
China Post #RU706047331CN

Item ordered on 15th March via its dealer,
Written in notification for that product as Fulfilled on 19th March with the given ID.

Recheck on your web tracer today 29th March came up as INVALID.

Please help me :(

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid. your seller did not ship you anything. You are scammed. Call your credit card company and file charge back against fraud.
