Hi,

like several other people who have posted here, I have a package that is stuck in Guangzhou. The tracking for the order number (LX281317635CN) states;

07-Mar-2017 21:55 Received by Post Office 510142
08-Mar-2017 04:28 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM

This package is being sent express to Australia. It was shipped by the supplier on March 1st. Normally these deliveries arrive here within 5 days. This time, it seems to have cleared customs over three days ago but is still to be placed on a plane. What is the delay please? When will it be despatched? When can I expect it to arrive in Australia?

your parcel was just shipped. normally it will take about 7 to 15 days to do sorting and customs in both china and australia airport. you need some patient.

Excuse me, do not tell me to be patient. I am a customer of China Post and you need to show some respect!!

I asked you three questions and you have not answered any.

    If the goods cleared export customs on March 8th why did it take over three days to ship?
    When can I expect the goods to arrive in Australia?
    If the goods left the supplier on March 1st, why did it take 10 days to leave China?

I have paid for express shipping and this is not 'express'!!

Also, I have just entered the tracking number to your tracking system and it does not show any information that the parcel has been shipped. There is no entry after "08-Mar-2017 04:28 Departure export customs GUANGZHOU EM"!

So according to this, the goods left Guangzhou customs four days ago and have gone nowhere!!

When will these goods be on a plane??????

J'ai le même souci, mon colis est également en statut "aéroport Hangzhou, laissant"
Depuis le 09/03 et depuis plus aucun changement.
Mon colis est soit bloqué soit partis je ne sais où.
