I ordered a product 2 weeks ago with tracking number LN297692165CN...it says no tracking record when I try to track it. Is this a real tracking number or what do I need to do?

Correction my tracking number is LPL334090 and it says that there is not a known parcel with that tracking number and its been 3 weeks...I don't know who to contact to dispute or tell them I want it shipped

LN297692165CN and LPL334090 are both fake number. China post does not have any record of them. You are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud.
