Post Is my parcel going to arrive?

Hi,

My tracking number is RI983541403CN. It looks like my parcel has been in Guangzhou for a while and is stuck with customs. Will I receive my parcel or should I log a dispute with the seller?

1. Most definitely your parcel has some thing inside that Security and Customs from China Post does not like. Would there be any of those things:

3. You could contact seller and give him the above full tracking and explain to him that the parcel is having difficulty in Guangzhou Airport.
He might be able to call China Post Hot Line: 11185, to find out what is the problem with the parcel. If all fail, then open a dispute to get your money back.
