Post Is my package stuck??

RJ759660696CN

Has been stuck on
'Shanghai Transit Station export customs cleared'
Since 2016/5/5

That's been like 2 weeks? Is my package lost? Is this normal?

Note that this package is headed for Australia so maybe China post stops tracking once the parcel leaves China?

Help please!

3. I have track your parcel on different sites and they are saying the same thing.

4. I suspect your parcel maybe in Brisbane City, QLD at the Customs office to get clear or maybe at the Australian Post for delivery.

5. Maybe you could call Australian Post to find out if they you have a parcel for you!
