Post Is my package still in China?

Hello! I'm a bit worried as my last two orders with registered shipping appear to have strange tracking statuses and they are not behaving the way I'm used to seeing all the time.

First, I had this order with the number RF491953481CN. According to the seller, who contacted the post office, it was rejected on a security check (even though it does not contain anything from the forbidden items list).

Seller kindly agreed to send it again: RS367705019CN. However, the tracking messages don't show the statuses I expected, and it appears to me that this package got stuck too.

(The seller already extended the buyer's protection until 20th March so hopefully disputing won't be a problem.)

I would be very grateful if some of you could look into these cases and share their opinions with me, what could be wrong with both of my packages.

P.s. It contains an electronic development board and accessories, no battery, no liquid, no magnets, no sharp tools.

What is strange to me with the second number, is that it starts out with Foshan, then Guangzhou, then Foshan again... Maybe the last "Foshan" status is erroneous and it was already exported from Guangzhou and it's en route to the dest. country? It is only my speculation, sorry if it's baseless.

1. After tracking your parcel on different site. It's very hard to determine if the last tracking in an error or something else.

2. This is the tracking of your parcel:

13.01.2017 17:46
Accepted from sender
FúShān City YóuZhèngJúHánJiànJíYóuJú 52803200

14.01.2017 00:22
Arrival at international place of exchange
Guangzhou International Place Of Exchange 51003100

14.01.2017 10:56
Arrived at postal office
FúShān City YóuZhèngJúHánJiànJíYóuJú 52803200

14.01.2017 14:38
Send item abroad (Export)
Guangzhou International Place Of Exchange 51003100

14.01.2017 15:19
Left postal office
FúShān City YóuZhèngJúHánJiànJíYóuJú 52803200

3. It look like your parcel is going to Guangzhou but always is coming back to FúShān City.

4. The best thing for you is have the seller investigate the whereabouts of the parcel because the last tracking is saying the parcel came back from where it departed.

Thanks.

This was my idea too. Unfortunately the seller doesn't seem too responsive...

1. Then if the seller is not responding to you, the next best thing is to open a dispute.

Thanks.

Thank you. I think I'm going to wait 2 weeks just in case the last status message was erroneous and it has in fact left China. There is still a long time till my protection period runs out.
