Hi there, I’m a bit worried about my package. Nothing solid has been updated on the system except that it has been “sent to airline” since the 08 October 2018.

My China post number is RU890477478CN,

Can you please urgently assist me in this regards? Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RU890477478CN shows the parcel was sent to airline company on Oct 8.

After sent to airline, normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thank you for the feedback. How do I know if buyer protection is expiring? Where do I look?

if you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, you should ask customer service for buyer protection deadline .
