Post Is my e-packet lost?

I order a package from Aliexpress on 3/29/17, and it shipped on 4/3/17. The tracking has not been updated since 4/6/17. Usually, when I have had e-packet shipping, the longest it has ever taken is 2-weeks. I am opening a dispute to receive a refund today, but does anyone know what I can do to locate my package? My tracking number is LW086830594CN

I'm missing my package it keep saying for the last 7 day its in "Guangzhou Terminal" airlines, CN how come its not moving suppose to be coming to south korea c
