Post invalid tracking number

I ordered from a website called vplhwigs.com and they have sent me a tracking number which keeps saying there is no shipping record when I go to track the parcel. The tracking number is #LZ690705237CN, I just want to know if it's a valid tracking number or if I've been scammed

shows No shipping record means your seller did not ship anything to you.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
