Hi! Thank you to the people who host this forum. What a great tool for an overwhelming and confusing segment of e-commerce! Speaking of which, I hope someone can help me.

I paid an additional $25 for expedited shipping, which at first was to be DHL, but after increasing the order, the seller advised me that the shipping cost would be higher than what I'd agreed to bc of the weight, and this is how I ended up an EMS customer.

The seller was absolutely wonderful until I paid for my as tuff. His whole demeanor seemed to change afterwards. It took two complete days for the tracking info to be posted, and now that it is, there are no details. There is no error message, or any type of direct indication of the number being invalid, so I'm hoping that's good news. It just tells me to track another package, lists my tracking number, and its phrased as though it's about to tell me something, but there's nothing there. What does this indicate? Has it just not been shipped yet? Seems like this $25 shipping is anything but expedited.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=EA910783491CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

Oh my gosh! I am just seeing this reply. I'm not accustomed to anything about this whole China Post deal having a prompt response...I seriously doubted the likelihood of your reply! But I sincerely appreciate it. I just received a message from the seller telling me that he finally got word from the post about the state of the package... I'm waiting to hear what he has to say now... I'll keep you posted, and I'll probably need your advice! Thanks again!

It's so discouraging to be lied to so blatantly. He says he thinks my package will be here by 2/1, and if not, he will refund me partially for the expedited shipping I was charged $25 for. Some of the items have an estimated arrival date of late March! Wow! I just didn't even really argue with him...I just let him lie to me bc really, what am I gonna do about it? Being right won't get me my goods any quicker. Lesson learned, and I guess I got off cheap compared to what I was going to spend. If he will like to me about something so trivial, I won't be trusting him with orders adding up to hundreds of dollars, if not thousands, at a time. Thanks for your help.
