Post I received a tracking number which is invalid here

Hello,

I ordered a 20$ mobile case from http://www.bowbul.com/ almost a week ago.
They have sent me a mail with this shipment no.
China Post tracking number: RV190677118CN
But, when i search it in the China Post, it says its invalid.
There hasn't been any contact with the website owner either.
Please let me know if this is actually a valid number or i may have just got scammed.

RV190677118CN is a fake number. your seller has not shipped anything. You are very likely to be scammed.

If you paid with paypal, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal against fraud.
