I bought it from Aliexpress, he sent the product but I think it got lost during posting.
Its tracking number is 03920615440
It is supposed to arrive in Turkey
Is there anyone who can help me?
I cannot contact with the seller

you should open dispute to aliexpress and claim refund for lost parcel.

I tried but it says I cannot open dispute 15 days after receiving the product. I didn't receive it but system confirmed it automatically.
