I got this tracking number on eBay(UT390160085CN) on October 7 but I haven't received any information and I don't know if I have been scammed

UT390160085CN has No shipping record in china post system. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to ebayl against fraud.
