GOOD DAY, I HAVE WRITTEN MY REQUEST ON THIS NUMBER OF TRACKING: LW029958116DE I EXPECTED BUT I CAN NOT FIND MY OLD MESSAGE.MORE YOU SAID THAT IS NOT AN EPACKET, BUT THIS IS THE REPLY OF THE CHINESE SELLER:

we use the other kind of epacket as German Postal Line

NOW HOW DO I TRACK THIS SPECIAL EPACKET TYPE? IN WHICH SITE? IN THE SITE DEUTSCHE POST DOES NOT WORK, IF YOU SUCCEED I WILL BE GRATEFUL, THANKS ALBERTO FROM ITALY.

LW029958116DE is not from China Post. You should ask your seller how to track it. Also ePacket should arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. if you paid the money over 30 days, you should open dispute for non-arrival order.

I try to write to the seller but seem that he doesn't want to answer me where to track the parcel, i don't know which segret he has. I have i think to track in all the websites for tracking.....nothing.

Hello, I would like to write this message to update: this is the tracking that reads on 17Track of my parcel left from China: this type of shipment LW029958116DE I was told by the Chinese seller to be a special Epacket that exploits the German line; sure is that it took 3 days from China to Germany, I believe that this weekend will be at Italian customs (17/03 or 18/03/2018). DHL does not handle this shipment, is taken into charge when it arrives in Germany from the Italian post office, it is already traceable on the Italian postal site. I thought about writing this because I think it's interesting for everyone to know something new. Thanks and to the next update. Alberto from Italy.
