Hello :)

Please can you help me,

I want to send parcels via epacket, but I do not know how to proceed, do I have to register on a website to be able to print the label?
it requires having a company or I can do that as an individual ?

Thank you for your help, I am so confused

To use ePacket, you need contact your local China Post EMS office and register an account. ePacket is for business use only. It is not for user who only ship one or two piece items.

yes I am dropshipper I have a store on shopify, So I will send parcels on a regular basis, , to have an account on China Post EMS I must have a company or just introduce myself as a dropshipper with an online store is enough?

you no need have a company, anyone can apply ePacket account as long as you are in China and have bank account in China. The processing detail is in http://shipping.ems.com.cn/index , unfortunately all information and ePacket software tool are based on Chinese, no English support. So you MUST UNDERSTAND CHINESE to ship parcel with ePacket.

Ok, but when I go on this website(http://shipping.ems.com.cn/shipUser/toRegister) there is a part where they ask me the name of the company and the legal name of the company and also Sales URL !

those online register system is stupid. I guess the best way to get an epacket account is go to Shenzhen or Shanghai EMS office and apply in person. there is a qq link in http://shipping.ems.com.cn/index, you can talk them with QQ and ask them how to apply in person.

You no need own a company in China, but you must have a online shop or website. that can be your company name. Most important is your China mobile phone number and China bank account. They must find someway to contact you and get your payment. you may need to prepay some shipping fee deposit at the beginning.
