There u make a mistake! If u what u said is true then similarly anyone who buys a economy class ticket will be entitled to sit in first class regardless?! Is this what u are claiming is happening in china?? Of cos not!!
As in airline travel, postal service classes do exist and the price differences clearly reflect this! What u paid determines the level of service that u get! No more no less!

What u describe is what u see in the seller website. But this is NOT what is really happening in the post office when the seller goes to send your parcel.
