Hi Chinapost,

I got my parcel shipped by ChinaPost and I tracked it was attempted to deliver but failed due to no one was home.

Thus, I would like to reschedule the shipping. Would that be possible?

Thanks. Please advise what should I do in this case.

We don't have your tracking number. It seems your parcel has arrived your local post office. you need contact your local post office to pickup the parcel.
