Hello,
I have sent a package from France to Jinan in China on 08/04/2017 but it doesn't seems to be delivered. French post services don't have any information and don't want to do anything.
According to Ems tracking on http://www.ems.com.cn/english.html the last tracking info for my package EW001132263FR is "Customs Declaration" on 08/14/2017 and nothing after that.

How can i know where my package is please ? I don't have any contact with the recipient and he won't tell me if he had received it.
Do you think he had to pay customs fees and refuse to pay so the package is stuck in customs ? Any other reasons ?

How can i contact Jinan Customs or EMS by email please ?
How can i find where my package is please ? I really need help :(

your parcel is China customs Jinan . Your receiver need go to China Post Jinan head office and pay import duty. Ask receiver call china post hot line 11183 and ask how and where to pay the duty and collect the parcel.

HELLO,
I have two parcels which was sent from india on september 6th. The two parcel numbers are CT351650241IN and CT351650290IN. They have been sent from india and its already been 50 days since theyve sent. The tracking shows both the parcels have been cleared in the guangzhou customs in the month of september but there are no updates on the parcel yet and i havent recieved it. When we went to the nearby post office they gave a toll free number to contact (contact number: 38187432) and inquire to the customs which is always busy and no one responds to
it. How can i enquire about my parcel to the customs or know where my parcel is and how do i get it. The parcel has my books which is very important and i have an exam in the few days which i have to submit it. Please need help

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels arrived china in mid of Sept. If the parcels were sent to University, you should contact your university mail reception center and see if they can find the parcel for you.

The parcels have not been sent to the university yet. A week back i went to the guangzhou customs and inquired about the parcel they told me i got to submit the bill of all the items inside the parcel and give an estimate of what are inside it. Then i was giving the information about the parcel then one of the customs officer told me to leave because one of the parcel has already been sent to the post office and the other will be cleared soon. And they told il recieve within 7 days but it has been 10 days since i visited the customs i havent recieved it. What am i supposed to do?

Hello Eki and Priyanka-sridhar,

I am in the same situation as you. I returned a tablet to the seller from Spain but it has been held in customs for two months, I do not have more information, I can not contact China Post nor with customs and I do not know how to solve the problem. Spain Post does not give me solutions to the problem either.
Have your parcels arrived at the recipient? How did you do it?

Hello i hope you can help me. I sent a package to china and i can not track the shipping. I need to be refunded for my purchase but paypal wont refund me till they show package was delivered. Can you please help me here is the tracking number

UH008130465US has no record in China Post database. It should be lost before arriving China. If you purchased insurance, you should claim compensation from USPS.
