Hi, I have ordered two clothes from zaful and they sent me the email just before that my delievery status is abnormal. I went to the website and it was saying that the order was delievered, which aren't. (none of two) My order numbers are LO051517553CN and LO051066845CN. They told me to contact China post to collect the package if the parcels are not delievered so I am writing this on this forum. Could I please get some help.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO051066845CN shows LO051517553CN and LO051066845CN were just shipped from China to New Zealand. They are still in China waiting for airline space , NOT delivered. So your seller gave you wrong delivery info.

Normally such ePacket will take 10 to 20 days to reach NZ. You need wait some more time.
