HI there. I enterm tracking number in system and it says that it has left 3 times now from Shanghai pusong airport to Toronto Canada ovet the last 9 days. Why is that and where is my parcel?

Cant see anything wrong with your parcel. Its enroute to Toronto.

OK thanks for your time I am unfamiliar with international shipping (just know that items are much much cheaper to buy) enjoy the rest of your day or night- which ever it is there.

Hello Gladys !
Writing from France, so I'm not used to delivery time to Canada, but I think at this stage there's nothing to worry about. Of course, three "Departure export customs" from Shanghai may look confusing, but it's also happened to me a few times and then everything went smoothly.
I don't know for Canada, but the only few problems I had when ordering in China happened when the parcels landed in my country (got stuck for weeks or even lost in Roissy Intl airport). Chinese international shipping system is pretty reliable.
Don't hesitate to ask questions in this forum.

Thank you zoey and everyone else for helping me understand the mailing system. I realize that it may take several weeks and Ithen is good to know that so far these are standard results and is more than likely not "lost" in the system. Now I can rest easy and will know more next time I ship items overseas.
