My item was posted out on the 5th October along with another from the same company (split order). One arrived 4 days ago but the other is still showing as being in transit. Can anyone make sense of the tracking info?
The number is LX983591563CN

1. After tracking your parcel on different sites the only tracking available is this:
2016-10-05 20:59
Jinhua Yiwu beiyuan courier package vote has been received (the embrace cast member name: Jin Yungao, Tel: 13566960066)

2. You should contact seller as soon as possible to have him call China Post EMS about your parcel.

3. Either your parcel was lost or misplace. Has never move from that location.

My other parcel said the same and then turned up randomly.
I have sent a message but they have not got back to me and it is the weekend now. I have been waiting for a while for this item for an event next Thursday
